v0.7.3 (Hotfix)
Astrominer (Demo) » Devlog
The main purpose of this update is to fix a crash that was occurring when the player attacked an enemy that was holding a shield. As a bonus there are some pretty cool changes included as well! The biggest change being that the main interact button has now been updated to Y button for gamepad, and Q button for keyboard. This makes it so the player can roll around as much as they want without being halted whenever they hit a button prompt (machines, NPCs, mine entrances, etc.).
There should be no need to delete your save data before playing this version.
If you run into any bugs, please don't hesitate to reach out on Discord.
Changes
- Fixed crash that occurred upon attacking an enemy that was holding a shield.
- Made it so enemies can potentially have items (weapons/tools) that have three enhancements applied.
- Made it so now enemies can't have items that have multiple of the same enhancement applied to it.
- Tied up some loose ends where the third enhancement on an item wasn't being taken into account.
- Changed main interact button to be Y/Q so the player can roll around machines/NPCs/entrances without being halted.
- Made it so enhancements applied to enemy weapons use the enhancement slots in order.
- Made it so wood items given to enemies won't have enhancements applied to them.
- Made it so enhanced items show the glow effect on the inventory UI and on the collectible when dropped in the world.
